We will explore the many benefits of living mindfully or "living in the moment."

When we live in the moment our lives are much less stressful and worrisome because we're not thinking about the past or the future. Instead, we are focused on what we are doing right now.
We will also discuss the effects of stress on the human body and how meditating can help prevent stress. The class will include a chocolate meditation!
